glad you're back again. This time it's about building once again:
I'm almost at that point with my Friends, where Rachel and Ross move in together. Therefore (and because the want to build got me) I built a 2nd apartment for the 1st generation of the Sitcom Legacy Challenge. This time in the style of Ross Gellers apartment.
I also uploaded it to the Sims gallery once again, in case you want to use it:

Please note that a few walls had to be deleted to upload this apartment as a room. You'll have to re-place them once again. Anyway, here's a few impressions:
First row left: Living room | Right: Living Room / hallway
Second lrow left: Kitchen | Right: Dining
Third row left: Ross' room | Right: Ross' archeology area
Fourth row left: Rachels room (furniture from the 1st apartment) | Right: Bathroom
